ConstructionlineConstructionline is the UK’s register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction related suppliers. It is owned and endorsed by the DTI. It gathers and assesses pre-qualification information on behalf of public and private sector procurers. CHAS (Contractors Health And Safety Assessment Scheme)Local Authorities Health & Safety and Procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have over the years developed the CHAS Scheme for potential Contractors and Suppliers. This scheme now imposes rigorous requirements on Contractors, in relation to information on their health and safety systems, procedures and documentation. Clients using companies who are registered on this scheme know that the companies meet acceptable standards of Health and Safety compliance and it is becoming increasingly necessary in public sector procurement. TendersOMS can assist clients who receive Health and Safety questionnaires as part of a tender process or wish to be registered on either of the above schemes. We will complete the necessary documentation on your behalf and provide guidance and support on your existing documentation to ensure it meets the necessary standards and criteria.
