Audits
"How can we make sure that we are complying with all the Health and Safety Laws?" That is one question that we are constantly asked.
Having an occupational health and safety audit conducted on your orgnisation will provide invaluable information into the level of legal compliance and identify areas where you could be vulnerable to prosecution.
The audit can be undertaken against the requirements of HS(G)65 or OHSAS 18001. It can be carried out on the whole of your business or focused on single locations or on certain operations.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your Company for your continued efforts on our behalf.
In the completion of a health and safety audit, which began last year and concluded last week, with the final follow-up report on progress to date, you are continuing your significant contribution towards the development of our health and safety management system. In the time that I have had pleasure in working with your Company, OMS has consistently delivered a health and safety audit product that has been extremely useful and very much appreciated.
May I say that it has been a pleasure to have been associated with you and I hope that Thames Valley Police will continue to use your professional services.”

Accident Investigations

“"We have just received feedback from our client to say how impressed they are with the way their Accident Investigation was carried out. Given that this was a very high profile Accident, and with all eyes on the investigation, OMS showed great expertise and competence. The overall impression was that the findings were sensible and comprehensive, showed in-depth knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety in the Rail Industry, got to the route-cause of the problem and provided clear, practical recommendations to help prevent further re-occurrence".”
