Capita saw the opportunity to enhance their commitment to equality and diversity and were looking for a provider who shares and can support their values. As a company that understands innovation and the role that a diverse workforce plays in developing and enhancing an innovative culture, equality and diversity issues are a vital matter, along with a focus on maintaining employee motivation and a professional and forward-thinking HR strategy.
We began working with Capita Group plc in 2005 and have carried out a number of HR consultancy assignments for them, as well as providing them with an interim HR Director for six months to ensure continuity of leadership whilst a new Director was recruited.
Major projects have included the review and launch of a new Equality and Diversity Framework and associated initiatives and project management of the implementation of a new pension scheme. We have also project managed several TUPE, or Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment), projects with our full support package.
Other services have included developing company car and expenses policies and support and guidance for a major tender.
