Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the following OMS Booking Terms & Conditions before you submit a booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them.

Booking Instructions
To book a place on our courses, you must complete a Training Course Booking Form and submit this along with your booking fee. Forms can be downloaded from our website or are available from our Head Office (details below). Completed forms and payments should be sent to OMS by one of the following methods:

Fax:    01509 816353
Email: info@oms.uk.com
Post:   OMS, Dromintee Road, Bardon, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1TX
Telephone bookings should be confirmed in writing within 10 days and will only be regarded as provisional until written confirmation has been received. Faxed, email and postal bookings are regarded as confirmed bookings.

For late bookings, please contact us by telephone to check availability prior to making a booking. Completion of a booking form does not guarantee a place on a course.

Once we have received your booking, we will send you a letter of acknowledgement. Joining Instructions, including venue details, will be sent out at a later date; usually fourteen days prior to the course start date.

Facilities
OMS are not responsible for booking accommodation for delegates. Details of companies providing overnight accommodation in close proximity of the OMS Training venue are provided with the course joining instructions. This information can be provided upon request. OMS are unable to make recommendations for accommodation.

OMS course fees cover lunch, tea, coffee, training materials and any examination costs. This is applicable for onsite courses only.*

Payment Terms
Payment of course fees must be made in advance and should be preferably made at the time of booking. In the case of late bookings, immediate payment is required.

OMS reserve the right to cancel a booking or allocate the place to another Customer, if fees are not paid prior to the date of attendance on the course. OMS will attempt to contact the Customer prior to this occurring.

Payments can be made using one of the following methods:
  • BACS
  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Cheques should be made payable to OMS

If required, an invoice can be issued. This must either be specified on the Training Course Booking Form at the time of booking along with an official Purchase Order Number, or requested of our Training Co-ordinator in writing. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of issue and in advance of the training course. Please contact OMS for further details.

Please note that a booking is not secured until payment is received. If for whatever reason payment is not received, attendance on the course will not be permitted.

VAT
All payments quoted are exclusive of VAT, which is applicable at the standard rate.

Transfer of Places
Delegate substitution can be made up until the last working day before the course start date. **

OMS are not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available. Any request to transfer must be received in writing from the Customer, via post or email, a minimum of one month before the course start date.
