Regulation 3 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regs 1999 requires ALL organisations to undertake documented risk assessments of their activities and where appropriate implement suitable control measures to as low as reasonably practical.

Within these regulations special consideration is given to 'Young Workers' and 'New and Expectant Mothers'.
