Constructionline
Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction related suppliers. It is owned and endorsed by the DTI. It gathers and assesses pre-qualification information on behalf of public and private sector procurers.

CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme)
Local Authorities Health & Safety and Procurement professionals, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive, have over the years developed CHAS Scheme for potential Contractors and Suppliers. This scheme now imposes rigorous requirements on Contractors, in relation information on their health and safety systems, procedures and documentation. Clients using companies who are registered on this scheme know that the companies meet acceptable standards of Health and Safety compliance and it is becoming increasingly necessary in public sector procurement.

EXOR
OMS has helped a number of contractors achieve EXOR Accreditation in the East Midlands area. Many Local Authorities and Housing Associations are now insisting that their contractors are EXOR accredited before they can go on their approved supplier list. With detailed questions on Health and Safety and Environmental matters, many contracting organisations are finding this an onerous and sometimes impossible task, but without it they have seen a significant restriction in the work they are able to tender for.

SAFEcontractor
Many large organisations now use Safe Contractor to develop and maintain their approved contractor and service provider lists and also search for new ones through their online database. SAFEcontractor is effectively the clients approved contractor list. We help our clients to demonstrate their capabilities and improve their chances of selection for a new project or contract.
