The Award is designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders and supervisors a foundation in formal development as a leader.
The Award in Team Leading is a concise & designed qualification, giving learners knowledge, roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader or supervisor, and demonstrating to aspiring leaders an understanding of the principles and practicalities of team leading.
Certificate
The Certificate aims to give practising or potential team leaders/supervisors the foundation for their formal development in their roles. The qualification does this by developing a wide range of team leading skills and assisting participants to gain comprehensive knowledge. This qualification broadens the skills and knowledge in a flexible and practical way. Candidates are not required to undertake the Award as a pre-requisite.
