The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is the UK's largest management body, accrediting qualifications to drive up the standards of leadership and management and improve individual and team performance.

ILM qualifications and the management qualifications are recognised worldwide. OMS works with organisations to either provide organisations with an individual career development option, or a fully accredited management development programme, aimed at both supervisors and managers.
