Clive Ormerod - Managing Director
Clive is a qualified and experienced General Manager who has held a number of high profile roles within several large national companies. These roles have included Operations Director, General Manager, Health and Safety, Quality, Environment and Training Manager. He has extensive experience gained in a vast range of business sectors.

Clive also has chartered status in health and safety and quality and is qualified in management, quality and non-destructive testing, and has vast experience in managing these disciplines.

Allison Peasgood – People Director
Allison is a senior, chartered Human Resource (HR) professional who has held various HR roles in major UK companies, including HR Director and Head of HR within FTSE 100 companies. She has had responsibility for large teams of HR Managers and Advisors.

Allison specialises in providing commercial advice and guidance to businesses on a range of HR issues, including acquisitions and staff transfers (TUPE), outsourcing, change management, re-structuring and redundancy programmes, policies and procedures, employment law, contact centre practices and negotiation with Trade Unions.

Allison was an industry representative on the CBI working party for the formulation of the workforce code on two tier for public sector. This included partnering with other major FTSE 100 companies to draft and negotiate a ground breaking code between employers and unions and jointly presenting it to government.

Mark Grayson – Consultant and Trainer
Having served 25 years in the Royal Air Force as an aircraft fitter, Mark spent 3 years as the Compliance & Investigations Officer, Health, Safety & Environment Manager and Fire Officer in a high security, category B prison.

Sarah Steers – Consultant & Trainer

Profile

Sarah is a Chartered Safety professional with over 11 years hands-on experience in Health and Safety advice and management. Sarah is also a qualified Environmental Auditor and has a background and masters degree in Environmental Engineering/Analysis.

Sarah has extensive experience of developing health, safety and environmental management systems and is able to support clients through the full implementation process.

Although Sarah is a generalist, she has particular interests in: Manual Handling (she is a qualified instructor), DSE assessments and risk management within logistics/warehousing environments.

Sarah supports our clients with their health and safety systems, audits, health checks, accident/incident investigations, risk assessments can deliver a range of training courses.

Sarah is active within the Health and Safety industry and is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Northamptonshire Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Association (NOSHEA).

Steve Hawkins - Consultant & Trainer
Steve is a qualified and experienced health and safety professional who has had experience within the food and drink industry, and also civil.
Steve spent 23½ years in the British Army in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (REME). Since leaving the forces, he has worked for a leading brewing company and also a major food manufacturer in Burton on Trent.

Steve specialises in providing advice and guidance to businesses on a range of safety issues, including: Manual Handling. Hazard Identification and Risk Management. New Roads and Street Works Act. Phil is a Chartered Safety Professional with extensive experience in Health and Safety consultancy, the Utilities, Civil Engineering and Railway industry sectors. Phil has successfully developed and implemented management systems on major contracts and for a variety of clients and sectors. Phil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management for the Utilities [obtained from Manchester Business School] and the Oxford Brookes Diploma in Safety Management.

Phil works with OMS clients carrying out quality, environmental and health and safety activities, including process development, system audits, safety health checks and deliver a range of Health and Safety training courses, including NEBOSH Construction, National General Certificate and IOSH Managing and Working Safely.
